Compare metadata before shipment
Use values from your controlled job record as the reference. Each non-blank reference field is checked across the pasted rows. Missing values stay in REVIEW and mismatches FAIL; matching text PASSes after case and separator normalization.
This is not document OCR
The tool checks only the values you paste. It does not authenticate certificates, read signatures, infer a heat number from an image, or decide whether a missing field is allowed by your customer or standard.
Check heat, lot and revision traceability
Enter controlled job reference values, paste one row per source document, then run the comparison. Missing values remain REVIEW and conflicting values FAIL.
Example and expected result
If the reference revision is C but an inspection row says B, that row FAILs. Blank reference fields are intentionally ignored; the tool checks only the values you supply.
