Check required delivery documents and traceability metadata locally before quality review.

Step by step

  1. Provide the source using: Choose quality documents.
  2. Set: Drawing / FAI / AS9102 / MTR / material certificate / Certificate of conformance / Inspection report / Heat treatment certificate / Plating / coating certificate. Use the reference below to choose the options that fit your task.
  3. Choose: Run package preflight. Inspect the result before copying, downloading or using it elsewhere.
  4. Choose the files, confirm each document type and the traceability values you can verify, select the document types your job requires, then run the local preflight and review every FAIL or REVIEW item.

Choosing the settings

Example and expected result

A drawing at Rev C and an FAI at Rev B produces a revision FAIL. The tool does not read the file contents; filename tokens are only suggestions and every field remains editable.

If it is not working

  • This version does not OCR drawings or certificates, interpret GD&T, look up ASTM/ASME limits, or release product. A PASS means the supplied metadata is internally consistent, not that the product is compliant or ready for shipment without authorized quality review.
  • Resolve a FAIL or REVIEW against the controlled source document, including units and revision. Correct a transcription error only after checking the source; never change a real mismatch or invent a missing value just to obtain PASS.
