Using the tools
The currently published tools are free to use without an account. Use them only with content you own or have permission to process. Do not use the service to infringe other people’s rights, distribute harmful content or interfere with the website.
Your content and downloads
You retain your rights to your input content. Local processing does not grant ToolRobin ownership of your files or results. Keep original copies and inspect downloaded results before replacing, publishing or sharing important work. You are responsible for deciding who may receive the files you export.
Formats, limits and availability
Supported formats and processing limits are explained on each tool page. Browser capabilities, device memory and file complexity can affect results. We may update tools, fix errors or change limits. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or support for every input file.
Checking results
Tools are provided for general practical tasks. Calculators do not provide financial, medical or legal advice. Formatting JSON does not validate its business rules; creating or reading a QR code does not verify its destination. Check important outputs using the receiving service’s requirements and appropriate independent sources.
Privacy and advertising
The Privacy Policy explains local preferences, hosting connections and any advertising-related data handling. Advertising is currently disabled. If paid features are introduced, their prices and conditions will be presented separately before purchase; using the current free tools does not create a paid subscription.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page and its date when these terms change. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Contact us
For a problem report, include the tool name, browser version and a non-sensitive example that reproduces it. Do not send private files, account details or financial and health data.
If you email us, your sender address and message are processed by the email providers and used to respond to your request.
