MTR Limit Checker

Compare material certificate values with numeric limits you supply, entirely in your browser.

Processed on this page. No uploads. Your input is not saved.

Paste certificate values with the acceptance limits you already use. The comparison is numeric and runs entirely in your browser.

Use comma-separated or tab-separated rows. Minimum or maximum may be blank. Up to 500 rows.

Use your approved material specification

This tool does not choose a material grade or provide ASTM, ASME, AMS, EN or ISO limits. Enter limits from the specification and revision approved for your job. Rows without usable limits stay in REVIEW instead of being treated as passing.

Why use deterministic limits?

Numeric minimum and maximum checks are performed by code, not by an AI model. This reduces ambiguity but does not replace certificate authenticity checks, sampling rules, significant-figure rules or an authorized quality decision.

Check MTR values against approved limits

Paste property, actual value, minimum, maximum and unit from the controlled certificate/specification data, then run the numeric check and review the CSV before use.

Example and expected result

If Yield strength is 235 MPa and your approved minimum is 245 MPa, the row FAILs. The tool does not provide or choose ASTM, ASME, AMS, EN or ISO limits.
