Review changes without losing either draft
Lines are matched in order. A changed line appears as a removal and an addition; this is not a word-level or semantic comparison. Plus and minus signs work alongside color. Line numbers refer to each original draft. Editing a draft or rule clears the previous result.
What counts as a difference?
Case and spacing matter by default. Windows and Mac line endings are treated as standard newlines. A final newline creates a final empty line. Optional rules ignore letter case or trim line edges for matching only; displayed text is not rewritten. Matched lines display the revised text. Reports include the rules and are intended for review, not as patch files.
