    Example and expected result

A two-page text PDF produces one Markdown file with markers for pages 1 and 2. A supported two-column table retains its cell text; inspect the column association manually.

    If it is not working

    • Unlock a password-protected file with the separate PDF unlocker first. For scanned pages, use Image & PDF Text Extractor. Encoding or layout warnings mean you should compare the text with the PDF.
    • Complex columns, merged table cells, unusual font encodings and mixed scans can produce incomplete or misplaced content. A partial result can omit scanned pages. Page markers identify sources, not a promise of faithful reconstruction.
