Step by step

  1. Provide the source using: Choose a PDF to rotate.
  2. Set: Page numbers or ranges / Rotation. Use the reference below to choose the options that fit your task.
  3. Choose: Rotate pages. Inspect the result before copying, downloading or using it elsewhere.
  4. Choose the original PDF, enter only the affected page numbers and select a rotation. Download and check the page orientation in your PDF viewer.

Choosing the settings

Example and expected result

Enter 2 and choose 90° clockwise to rotate the second page while keeping the other pages. Each run uses the selected original, so changing settings does not keep adding rotations to your previous download.

If it is not working

  • Use ordinary, unlocked PDFs. Damaged files, password protection and interactive forms are not supported. Export a flattened copy of a form first. This tool does not preserve document bookmarks, attachments, signatures or original metadata. Links between pages may not work after processing.
  • A complex PDF may require more memory than its file size suggests. Processing stops after two minutes. Cancel and choose a smaller file if needed. This tool does not scan PDFs for malicious content.
  • Use the file’s page positions starting at 1, not the page labels printed on the document. Check the selection against the reported page count before running; an out-of-range page needs a corrected selection, not another retry of the same input.
  • If a PDF fails, reopen the original in a PDF viewer first. Use an unlocked copy for operations that reject encryption, and a flattened copy where forms are unsupported. Cancel a stalled job and try a smaller document; keep the original.
