Files, text and calculations

Our current tools process your inputs on your device. ToolRobin does not upload those inputs to a processing server or save them in your tool history. Inputs and results stay in page memory until you clear them or leave the page; your browser may restore a previous page session. Files you download remain on your device until you remove them.

Preferences stored in your browser

Your appearance choice (light or dark) is stored separately in localStorage; choosing System theme removes that override. Favorites, pins and recently used tools use localStorage. These records contain tool identifiers and timestamps, not the files, text or calculated values you enter. They do not sync between devices. You can clear recent history in My Tools and remove all preferences through your browser’s site-data settings.

Website delivery and security

Cloudflare delivers the website. Loading a page sends normal connection information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information to the hosting infrastructure. Providers may process logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. This is separate from local file processing. Do not put private information into a page URL.

Search and local processing

Tool search runs in your browser and is not sent to an AI service. Loading the site or a tool still downloads application code from our hosting infrastructure. Local processing means your tool inputs are not uploaded; it does not mean that visiting the website makes no network requests. We do not currently run third-party analytics scripts.

Advertising and cookies

Advertising is not currently enabled. If advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and, where permitted, personalize ads based on visits to this and other sites. We will provide the applicable consent choices before enabling advertising where consent is required. Enabling ads will change the third-party requests made by the affected pages.

Your choices

You can remove site data or control cookies using your browser settings. Where Google personalized advertising is used, you can manage preferences at Google My Ad Center. Disabling local storage may prevent your shortcuts from being saved; it does not prevent the current tools from processing inputs.

Updates

We will update this page when data handling changes. A future cloud or AI tool will explain its upload requirements separately; it will not silently replace local processing.

If you email us, your sender address and message are processed by the email providers and used to respond to your request.
