ELK engine source and license

ToolRobin uses unmodified elkjs 0.12.0 for diagram geometry. Original engine files and upstream notices are retained. ToolRobin's schema, editor, validation and SVG exporter are separate original code.

The npm package is offered under EPL-2.0 OR GPL-3.0-or-later; this distribution selects EPL-2.0 for the engine. Read the original package license and upstream README.

The JS revision is the published package gitHead. The Java archive is the official ELK 0.12.0 release on which elkjs says it is based. These verified acquisition paths do not establish the unpublished CI Java checkout or a byte-identical independent Java/GWT rebuild.
